Here's something your buyers can love  
 
While buyers are busy packing and making moving arrangements....

You might boost your congratulatory show of appreciation and get in on the fun of helping to announce their new home and your services to their family and friends - it's personalized, inexpensive, and practical

Expand on “Just Moved” postcards - with a bite-size edition to broadcast the home, the move or the new address on a biz card: 

Enhance the staying power potential by fashioning a dozen or so into biz card size refrigerator magnets for your buyers to use in their new abode and to distribute among their sphere – help keep your name and services in view on a handy useable magnet!

with your card design - it's as easy as peel and stick



Design with a focus on the home, new homeowner(s) or something identifiable with them. Some ideas are to:
  • Highlight the “New Address” 
  • Splash some color with a photo of the property, family, garden, or something associated with the new homeowner
  • Include your contact info via light branding  

I’ve had great feedback on biz card magnets using:

  • A wedding photo of newlywed clients
  • Photo of a blown glass piece created by an artistic client
  • Family photo for first time homebuyers
  • New home photo for move up buyers  

This is one you can have some fun with! 

 

Card magnet examples below: ok! maybe Champaign would be a better choice than “tootsies” for a refrigerator magnet but you get the idea :)

If direct mail is part of your promotions –  a “Just Sold” biz card with your newsletter or other direct marketing might be advantageous - These miniatures can convey much the same message as your "Just Sold" postcard but may have a longer shelf life because of their easy to KEEP size - ideal for a card file, rolodex, or wallet.

These are great!  Certainly customers must appreciate your clever approach an dthoughtfullness.  I make up business cards of the sellers home with bullets points and my contact info and give the seller 50 in a nice case and ask them  to give them  to EVERYBODY. I carry assorted homes cards with me and pass then everywhere also, like in the bank,  at meetings, restauraunts, hair salons,  It is such a WIN-WIN.  Thanks for your great ideas.

Hi Doreen it sounds like you're on top of it with home cards. Always amazed at how much info can fit in such a small space and how receptive people are to holding onto them. Being a saver of other peoples cards, I can appreciate the value and handiness. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
