2023 Main Line real estate market prediction video

Everyone wishes they had a crystal ball to know what 2023 holds for the Philadelphia Main Line real estate market. Realty transfer tax collected dropped 7.1% in 2022 indicating that sales volume dropped significantly as prices rose. Watch our video below for what I expect will happen to our local market. It is not all doom and gloom, although the market is changing and is in transition from a sellers market to a buyers market.

Toby Barnett we have seen home inspections making a comeback which is a great step as so many buyers had to waive them if they wanted any chance to buy a home in the last 2 years.

Joan Cox I think we are starting to see more buyers adjusting to the changes to interest rates and we are seeing sales still moving ahead as homes are listed.
