It is now official...along with that awesome download record.

Firefox is now at a 19% market share with a Guinness Book of
World Recods for the MOST software downloads in a 24 hour period.Firefox 1-2-3...what a family!!

I have so much fun using Firefox that the ONLY thing I use IE7 for is to use the MLS and do searches for clients.

Microsoft is beginning to feel the heat of open source programs.....

Open Office.org , Firefox, and MORE are giving Microsoft a run for their money!

I think that is what happens when you get greedy.....

Watch out....... innovation is coming to gas powered cars... by people, not corporations......I have been seeing THAT in the news too!!

Hey Al,

I love Firefox too and wonder why the MLS can't get away from IE, HOWEVER... For those of us in the Puget Sound area of Washington State, Microsoft is a great corporation.  They treat their employees really good, have a huge diversity of product and employ so many people that we have great customers from there.  It is a huge driver of our economy.    And Microsoft and their employees donate more $$$$$ (many millions) to folks locally and around the world who need basic health care, etc.  They don't look greedy to me, often they are a real blessing to folks who are less fortunate.

Gary...I have heard about the way Microsoft has bullied other software companies in the past to keep market share...they have even LOST multimillion dollar suits about that in court.

Just because they do good deeds, it does NOT make the whole company pure and right in everything they do...

Thanks for stopping by!!

=-)
