Looking for a Rental Property In Clearwater, FL

I have a client who is need of a rental in Clearwater, FL.; preferably a house, 3 bdrms, 2 Ba. The rent range she is seeking is around $1200.00 per month. She is currently living in the Eastbay/Belcher Rd. area around Newport Rd. and would prefer to stay in that area or at least within that school district. Her lease ends at the end of July and she must vacate her present residence. If you or anyone you know has an available home for rent in this area, please contact me.

Thanks Jerry, I'm sure she'd love to go. I think that's probably out of the school district they're in though.
