Construction of the house at 210 Betty Lane was begun in 1923 and was completed in 1924.

I have been on Active Rain since last August, and since that time have been able to sample homes and home values in many different parts of the country, and it just amazes me the difference this home would be priced at... which is in Clearwater, and what it would be if it were in Fort Worth. Elaine - It is a rare find here - historical homes like this are more common in South Tampa and St Petersburg.
You'd be surprised how many requests we get for homes with hardwood floors and all the finer details lost in most newer construction. The bonus is it is also on the Golf Course and has a Pool and is just over 3 miles to the beach.

Jeff - I agree this home is a real gem - we do have a few homes like this in Clearwater and Belleair and for those who appreciate the finer things they are always popular - in my opinion it's rare to find one with so much space inside and out.
