Happy 14th Anniversary to me, joined AR in 2009

I don't have enough words to describe how much I enjoyed being on the Active Rain since 2009. I was just a spectator for almost first 10 years. The Pandemic woke me up and I began connecting aggressively on Active Rain. The first person I noticed who was on active rain was Margaret Rome, whom I met way back in the 90's. then I met so many great sharing people.

The zoom calls that started in 2020 gave me chance to interact more directly by listening, watching and speaking to this great group. I can't even describe how much grateful for the knowledge and experience I have access to for just being in this elite group. 

Thank you, Thank you & Thank you each and everyone that is on Active Rain especially the ones on Tuesday Zoom calls!!!

Happy Anniversary, Sham! I must admit you might just take first prize for the longest "lurking" around AR of anyone. I lurked for almost a year and I know others who have done about that much time. Not sure how long I have been around.  Chris A who used to teach real estate at KW in Silicon Valley has 50 students learning how to blog all have left.  I was a transferee from Trulia blog who sold to AR.   I am the lone left over. We used to call each other encouraging us to get to the next step.  Receving thank you letters and even have meet ups.
