As a lot of my regular readers know, all my posts are proof read by my wife. But, not this one, this one is going up without any help as I wanted it to be a surprise. So, please don't comment on spelling or grammar today. (LOL)

Today I write about my rock, the person who keeps me grounded, but supports me in anything and everything I have done in the past 15 years. I've been lucky to have found my soul mate in my wife and 15 years ago today when we got married, it changed me!

Until the day I got married, I didn't realize why my parents were so happy. I now know that it was because they supported each other. They had patience when it was needed and sometimes just sat and laughed together.

Samantha, my wife has been there for me, even during the hard times, never criticizing, but always supporting my decisions, good or bad. I've been lucky and she has brought happiness to my life in a way that I didn't think was possible before I met her. Not only in just being with her, but she has shown me true happiness with given me three wonderful kids. To be honest, I didn't know just meeting someone could make you cry, but the day my kids were born brought tears of joy to my eyes.

My wife has been a stay at home mom since that day and that I know is tougher than anything I could ever do. She is a teacher, teaching my kids as we have decided to homeschool our kids. She is a cook that makes sure dinner is ready for our family dinners every night. She is friend that I can talk to about anything, even if it is about us. She is a comedian that can make me laugh even when I'm having the worst day ever.

So, thank you Samantha for the past 15 years and I couldn't ask for a better wife, friend, mom or cook than I have in you.

I LOVE YOU!

Todd,

Nice to see you so appreciative of your blessings.  Nothing is better than an amazing wife.  That smile on your face, spring in your step and sparkle in your eye are just reflections of what she give you.  Congrats on your 15th and give it a shot for about 60 more.

Todd ~ You should have a tissue disclaimer at the beginning!  What a beautiful post you wrote about your wife.  I was teary reading through it beause I think it's great that a husband would say such lovely things about his wife (out loud); and not being afraid to show your emotions.

Happy Anniversary!

Gary - I'm hoping I get to spend that much time with her also, she is a lot of fun!

Bob or Carolin - Not only did the post, but so did the comments - THANK YOU!

Denise - I really do and I know how hard she works and I will never take that for granite!

Kathy
- I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make anyone cry! But, certainly not afraid to let people know how I feel about Samantha!

Nestor or Katerina - I couldn't be happy than they way my children are turning out, my wife has done a wonderful job with them. I agree that has a lot to do with homeschooling.

Chris - Thank you and I also hope there are many more years!

Fran
- She does seem to keep me in line and has made a lot of my posts a lot easier to read (LOL)

Teri - Never been ashamed of showing my feelings, I know without her, I wouldn't be where I am today!

Congratulations on such a happy marriage!  Your spouse really can make or break you!

I have been married 18 years, and I really feel like I was blessed in finding my spouse!  I constantly find qualities in Jeff that I wasn't looking for when I married him, but am sure glad he has!

Happy 4th.

Linda - Thank you Linda, I hope you had a wonderful 4th with your hubby and I'm looking forward to the next 15 years also. (OK, maybe not the day my daughter decides to start dating, we can skip that part)
