In my area there has been an increased interest in remote working which has led to a rise in demand for homes in suburban and rural areas.
Especially homes with a den and or 4th bedroom that looks to be converted to an office.
Are these trends showing up in your areas?
Yes, although condos made a comeback in 2022.
