With delays on the Burj Dubai Tower pushing back the opening to October 2009, it only seems fitting that developer Emaar has announced the release and sale of anther project within the Downtown Burj Dubai community.  The latest project, The Grand Boulevard, will join other new releases The Mansion and Claren 2 as part of the luxury residential sub-developments that will surround the iconic piece of Dubai property The Burj Dubai. 

The Grand Boulevard will be a new addition to the Burj Dubai Boulevard district of Downtown where some of the higher end Dubai real estate is located, where an extensive array of facilities and amenities are already planned, as well as other freehold residential buildings.  Grand Boulevard will be a twin tower development of 69 and 22 stories respectively, to offer a mix of high-rise and medium-rise living options.  As expected, this is yet another luxury development, as most properties surrounding the Burj Dubai focus on offering the finest finishing’s and the best possible views of the tower and surrounding manmade lake. 

With a choice of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as limited duplex apartments, all the units within The Grand Boulevard are finishing to superior standards, complete with smart home technology.  The central feature of all the properties is the fantastic views on offer, thanks to the use of floor to ceiling and wall-to-wall windows with every apartment.  This will offer residents a panoramic view of the surrounding district, which is expected to be pretty impressive once complete.  As these properties are being announced quite late in the development of the Downtown district, future residents have the added bonus of the surrounding infrastructure being in place well before they even move in.

With additional facilities available such as swimming pools, a gymnasium, multi-sports area and terrace areas, residents are centrally located right in the middle of the city, while the environment manages to retain the scenery and tranquillity of somewhere less hectic.  Registration for initial buyers has already closed, with the launch date on the 28th June, but other interested parties should keep an eye on all property listings for future availability of property within The Grand Boulevard.
