Suddenly the Dubai property market is buzzing with newly released properties, and these brand new projects are continuing the trend of innovative design, or what some might call extreme living concepts.  The latest freehold project to enter the market? 550 Time Dubai.  While this may be a peculiar name for a project, and certainly for a single building, 550 Time Dubai is set to mark another achievement for the Emirate in building the impossible.  The building is designed to move in synch with time, and the movements of the earth and sun.

This is just the latest property to try and capture a unique angle on living.  There are so many luxury and ultra-luxury projects on the market that developers are trying to create even more outrageous ways to attract buyers to Dubai.  The 550 Time Dubai, which is set to break ground on the construction site on the 8th of August, will be a residential freehold property that will rotate a complete 360 degrees every seven days, so that all residents can enjoy a complete view of the surrounding vistas.

The building takes its name from the fact that Dubai is located on the 550-east longitude line of the earth, and this projects central feature is that it moves with the earth, the sun and time.  The building is not just a new feature to the Dubai real estate impressive and diverse property portfolio, but it is also the first of what will eventually be a whole collection of turning buildings around the world.  There are plans by the developer, Time World, to construct the same rotating high-rises all across the world in key locations such as Hong Kong and New York.
With construction set to start soon, the 550 Time Dubai will be completed at the end of 2010, if there are no delays.  News about when properties within the residence will be sold will soon be available, and many eager property buyers will be wanting to own a property with constantly changing views.
