Part 3: Which is the Best Village in The Villages, Florida?

Location and Convenience, I have already discussed lifestyle so like in Part 2 when I shared the story of a clay court tennis player you want to be close to what is important to you. The Villages is big, how big you ask? By golf cart from the north to the south about 28 miles and roughly 2 hours, by car 17 miles 34 minutes so you want to pick an area close to your lifestyle choices including shopping, dining and entertainment.

I will start with where I live and why, again each person needs to decide where and there is no right or wrong decisions if they base the choice on lifestyle and other things important to them. Where I live, I am 5 minutes from Target, 2 grocery store, 20 some restaurants, drug stores, plenty of retail and Spanish Springs Square. 10 minutes gets me to all my medical offices and more stores and dining and Lake Sumter Landing Square. All of this by golf cart!

Kat Palmiotti you mean lot size? I live on a cul-de-sac and mine is 14,000 sf, most homes are 5,000 to 6,000 sf lots. There is one section of The Villages with lots as big as an acre most between a half to full acre. Most homes in that section are over a million.
