I will NOT limit myself by using words that convey indecision and weakness. I will avoid say: "I can't..."It's impossible".. "no way" "I'm not smart enough or good enough"..."I give up"
Today I'm on the lookout for self-defeating messages sent from me.. to myself, welling forth from my inner self in a stream of negative chatter. Today I will end the negative chatter. I see that I can change negative thoughts and attitudes into positive ones as I am able to make changes within myself. I can choose words of power to help create a new perspective on life, and a new perspective on myself.
