Jefferson Township, located in Morris County, NJ, is divided into two distinct sections:  Oak Ridge and Lake Hopatcong.  Known as the "Year Round Recreation Capital," there is ALWAYS a worthwhile activity to indulge yourself in: either outdoors or in.  Jefferson Township covers a good deal of terra firma, with 42 square miles, including the Mahlon Dickerson Reservation and Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey's largest fresh water lake.
