Every few days I go into the local MLS to view our 24 Hour Watch.  I continue to be encouraged by seeing the number of Pending Sales, and Solds increase over what they were a few months back.

Sales statistics for Sacramento, in the month of May demonstrated there were 29% more sales than we had last year in the same month.  However, prices were down 30%.

It appears we are working our way through inventory, but it is still a really great opportunity for home buyers.  Price reductions still continue to rule the day!

Hi Myrl

we see the same thing here in St. Petersburg Florida.

Real Estate prices are down by 30% even 40% and 50% , but than again the number of sales has gone up

Myrl - It's been an interesting ride. We're seeing much the same here, but I think we're pretty darn close to bottom.
