Inland Empire, California Homes Sales & Values Report December Of 2022

On January 18, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values declined 0.9% to the price of $535,000 in December of 2022 from price of $540,000 in November of 2022, and lower 0.9% from price of $540,000 in December of 2021 in Inland Empire, California. While, homes sales down 0.1% in December of 2022 from November of 2022, and fell 54.0% from in in December of 2021 in Inland Empire, California.

There were 3.7 months supplies of available inventory of homes in December of 2022, decreased from 4.3 months in November of 2022, but jumped from 1.3 months in December of 2021 in Inland Empire, California.

An average it took 35.5 days to sell home in December 2022, higher from 30.0 days in November of 2022, and rose from 14.0 days in December of 2021 in Inland Empire, California.
