In our area, there is a demand for new home construction. As such, we are encountering many clients who have never experienced the new home-build process. Building a new home is exciting yet, also laced with frustrations.

Having been in the new home construction industry long before becoming a real estate agent, I have learned a thing or two about the process. I find it very helpful to our clients to have knowledgeable agents who can assist them through the entire home-build experience. Avoiding the common pitfalls is critical.
