Rents sure have gone high in the area over the last 2 years.
Wow, we are seeing similar levels for rents, these are so high it is often cheaper to buy and build equity than pay the landlords mortgage for them.

Rents have gone up here too. The property taxes increased because of the appreciation of the homes so of course that added expense contributes to higher rent rates.

Gosh, Rents seem high in your area too, Will. But I was watching a video on Rentals in New York and I was shocked -- $5,000,...$10,000. per month and even more. And in viewing those New York rentals, I was surprised by the poor locations, minimal square footage, lack of elegance, etc.- for the monthly price tag. I knew NY would be high rental, but still shocked.
Wow, those rents are so high! It is definitely becoming more difficult to afford a decent lifestyle, haha.
