This Battle Ground
Washington real estate market report is a simple matrix of homes
in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and:
Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical month of
June, 2008
This month has 30 more homes in the active category, and the average
days on the market showed about a six-day decrease. For the listings that
are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is about 86 &
94 days respectively
per lot-size below. In our opinion this area is still in a
Buyers Market, with many excellent properties to view and choose
from for your next purchase.
For May year-to-date the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price
for the Battle Ground area at: $276,800; and the Median Selling Price
at:
$238,000. The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price
is: $289,900; while the Median Selling Price is: $249,900.

Thanks Bill. The folks in Battle Ground have had a challenge being a bit further away from the Vancouver / Portland metro area with this recent rise in fuel prices. We think we now have some great values available in this area, notwithstanding the current price of fuel!
