Was out & about yesterday and the shops and restaurants are busy! Portillo's is a new restaurant North of Dallas and they have recently served more than 80,000 customers in their first 15 days, they have just announced two more restaurants that will be built soon.
Yes, there are layoffs here & there, but things are well in the Dallas area!

I might take off on a rant about timid drivers or people who talk too loudly on their cellphones in public... nothing is off-limits... well SOME things are sacred, but I will not restrict myself to the latest mortgage interest roller coaster or only real estate specific topics.
