Unit sales of 17 re-sale homes is less than half of last year’s 40 units. The peach colored chart compares price per sq ft from this Jan. to Jan. one year ago. Prices are down in all categories and there is a $112 spread between High & Low. Average Days On Market has ballooned to 58 days. Looking ahead to February 2023, there are 35 re-sale homes currently contingent or under contract/pending. We will not read last February’s total of 37.
