Do you talk to your clients when you popby? I always tell them to help me with the popby tagline, I am not always clever with those.  If they are not home, I leave it at the door they use, then I call to make sure their neighbor didn't take it.  They laugh when I say that!  Do you popby to the attorneys that you use regularly?  Attorneys and their staff, love the visit and gift:) How about your closest friends, your vendors, the man who works on your car, your landscaper, the person you buy coffee from during the day, believe me, people just love that you thought enough about them to stop/popby!

This morning I did 4 more and the last client told me she wants to downsize and find a smaller home!  Sounds too easy, doesn't it?  I plan my day and my route around my clients.  It is much more productive and enjoyable.  Keep at it, you will see the results and soon!  

Here is the tagline;  As you navigate your way through the real estate market this summer, Call Fran, to help you through the fireworks, don't be left in the cold!  It is never too hot for your referrals!

Then, I sign each one.  We have had a hotter than usual spring, and now, a hot and sticky, summer season.  These hot or cold bags have been a hit with my clients.  I placed my address/photo sticker between hot or cold, and sparkle stars for the fourth.  Of course, branding my Buffini saying with our stickers.  A little blue ribbon, curled, and off I go!  Coach is now requesting we do ten, yes 10, each week.   Once you get the idea and put it together, it is easy enough to do:)  Really works, honest!

I finally got it on!  Here you go!   Just remember, it is not about the item you are offering, it is about you connecting, face to face, with your A+ clients, friends or business associates!

Frances I love the tagline, I wish I had thought of that.  I have to start doing some of this myself, I bet the Realtors that I call on would love it.

Dan & George, I cannot take credit for the system, this is taught to me by Buffini and Company.  Using these systems made Brian Buffini a huge success.  He now teaches and coaches our thousands of members, how to prosper, in any market, by using his proven systems.  I am just one person, I know his systems work:) you must put your clients first, they are your business.

Frances -  Love the cold bags and the tagline.  What great ideas.  I work in a more rural area so popbys are not as easy as in a neighborhood, but there still may be a way to incorporate them.  I will have to think.

These popby food keeper bags would be perfect for your demographics!  When they go to the grocery store, it must be a long trip.  Food will keep cool & safe!  Good for picnics and taking foods when riding trails, too!

Ross, So true, you do get it!  Sometimes, it just sounds too easy.  Clubnetters do these steps every day, that's why we own the success in this market.  It isn't about the money, the cost. We go out and work at it!  Contact, care and community.

I think I just saw these at the dollar store....I am going to order some stickers and try this.  I really need to improve my face to face interpersonal time.  Now to kick myself in the butt and get it done!

Go for it Leslie!  I found mine at SAM's CLUB.  Buy twice as many as you think you'll do, they are a hot item!!
