  • This is the 3rd time Glendale, Arizona is hosting the big game.

  • The Super Bowl's economic impact for the Glendale region is $1 Billion. 

  • 12 NFL franchises have never won a Super Bowl. 

  • The lowest daily hotel rate forecasted is $452.

  • The average price of a ticket to the Super Bowl on the resale market is $9,927, which is twice the price of a ticket for last year's Super Bowl.

  • The most expensive Super Bowl ticket ever paid was $29,367.

  • 103.5 million Americans will host or attend a Super Bowl party.

  • The average Super Bowl party will have 14 guests.

  • The average calories for the average Super Bowl party feast are 8,083.

  • 139.4 million avocados will be purchased for Super Bowl dishes.

  • Pizza is the #1 food preferred by 28% of Americans, resulting in a 40% increase in pizza orders compared with a "normal" Sunday.

  • 10 million pounds of ribs will be purchased for Super Bowl dishes.

  • 51.7 million cases of beer will be purchased for Super Bowl Sunday equal to some $1.24 Billion in sales. 90% more beer is consumed on Super Bowl Sunday than any other day.

  • 16.1 million people will miss work on the Monday after Super Bowl, resulting in $6.5 billion in lost productivity.

  • 63% of Americans say funny Super Bowl ads are their favorite.

  • 19% of Americans say the ads are the best part of Super Bowl.

  • The cost of a 30 second ad is $7 million. The average Super Bowl Sunday ad generates about four times more engagement than the average TV ad.

  • 32 States + District of Columbia allow legalized betting on the Super Bowl. $1.1 Billion will be legally wagered.
