The Terraces in Port Jefferson Long Island is a townhouse community on Long Island’s North Shore.

 

Built in the 1990′s, the pet friendly neighborhood of the Terraces can be reached by Route 112 to North Country Road. Nestled on a lovely cul-de-sac with only 27 townhouses, this cozy community is surrounded Princess Tree Court. The units have at least 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and are served by the Port Jefferson School District #6.

 

The Terraces have garages, a basement, backyard patios, central air conditioning and gas heat. There are no amenities at the complex, but living at The Terraces gives you access to all the Port Jefferson Village amenities including pool, tennis, golf, beaches and town parking. There is a monthly common charge that is used for the common areas, lawn care and snow removal at the Terraces.
