As of today, July 3, 2008, there are 82 active listings in Country Club of the South, ranging in price from $572,300 to $6,495,000. Of those, 55 are priced at $1 million or above. Five listings (all over $1 million) are new construction. Six listings are listed as foreclosures.

There are currently six pending sales, with list prices/pending closing dates of:
$879,000 - proposed closing date 3/27/08
$524,900 - proposed closing 5/24/08
$725,000 - proposed closing 7/2/08
$999,900 - proposed closing date 7/3/08 (The Gebhardt Group participated in this sale)
$949,000 - proposed closing date 7/16/08 (The Gebhardt Group participated in this sale)
$704,900 - proposed closing date 7/24/08

For June 2008, 2 properties sold in Country Club of the South (from June 1 - 30, 2008, per FMLS and office records). One property was listed at $749,900 and sold for $750,000 on 6/11/08; the other was listed at $1,274,900 and sold for $915,000 on 6/27/08.
