REO's in Hawaii

This time of year in Arizona makes me wish my annual vacation to Hawaii was sooner than November. I'm looking for REO's on Kaua'i under $300K. I know they're out there or will be. Let me know if you have something.

Hi Gail: I just join Active Rain and started to post some of my Kauai REOs there as well as my website kauaidreams.com. I do have one listing for a residential home for 300K on Moa Road. I do know of a few more coming up as the BPO companies are calling are office daily for "Rush" BPOs. I check these addresses against the addresses on Realtytrac so I get a heads up on what's coming up. Be sure you call me when you come down. We can have lunch and take a look. Aloha Julie

Gail, I'm leaving Monday for 2 weeks in Kauai. The weather looks terrible but as with you, I need Hawaii at least once per year. Good luck on your quest...

We were there in November and it rained 5 of the 7 days. Kaua'i is such an outdoor place. We go every year too. Next year I think Kona will be in our future, there's more sun there. Have fun. Aloha.
