Gina VanLaar 5K run in Allendale, MI I am so excited! My son is entering his first 5K race! He has gotten involved with The Allendale Cross Country Team. I love to see him getting involved and choosing to try. It's hard to express what we have been through with him! Let's just say bi-polar is something that is difficult to deal with!
