NP Dodge Real Estate is now posting listings to Youtube through Real Estate Shows. With a couple clicks of a mouse an agent can take their listing and send it out to Youtube or take the video file and share with any number of video sharing sites. Real Estate Shows has been a great program for our sales associates here at NP Dodge and we couldn't be happier with Jeff Turner and his program. Below is an example of a show that one of our agents has put on Youtube.

It is lacking the personal touch, after all it is technology right? Technology, while great separates us from people. Trying to make it easier for buyers to view houses in privacy and on their own schedule will probably always be impersonal. Still a great option to showcase a clients property.

I think video will someday be the main selling point on online real estate listings. There has been a gradual increase in the amount of pictures used. Soon the public will demand videos too. I think it is a great idea and selling point.
