Client of this commercial property has leased in the past to tree companies and general contractors. The reason is it's central location, nice office layout and large yard for material and equipment.
The issue is these working type of companies are hard on the property, the yard becomes a mud pit, the building gets banged up etc.
So I am attempting to change direction and lease to a creative type of company; photographer, artists etc.
