Top performers in just about every arena have coaches that provide services. Michael Jordan, arguably the greatest basketball player of all time, Wayne Gretsky, is held in the same high esteem in hockey, Tiger Woods in Golf, the list goes on and on. They all have or had coaches. Is there great value in having a coach? What do you think think? Is this is a fad? Or is this a necessity? Tell us why you feel the way you do...

i've never had a coach... and if you are willing to put your self out their, you will be fine, but I do wish I could go back and tell myself all I know NOW

Barnes Real Estate Brokerage - Coaches are just one common denominator that successful people have, is this a true indication that in order to expedite and maximize success, serious consideration should be given to having a coach early on?

In addition to the knowledge factor, do you feel the different perspective and the accountability factor that a coach brings could beneficially affect productivity and profit?

The best of health and prosperity to you!

We use a coach, this is our first year.

Our coach is from the Richard Robbins organziation and yes we are happy with them.  However, the cost is close to $7000 per year, and we're looking back over the year and asking has it been worth the expense.  We have strong network high performing agents that we are friends with.  We coach each other, give each advise and mastermind regularly.

We'll only know at the and of the year whether it will be worth signing on again.

Is it worth more to have a trusted mentor?  Is any coach worth close to $350 per hour that's 20 hours worth of an assistant.  Are we better off having the assistant for another 40 hours per month.  Should that $7000 go to marketing, doing events with our sphere of influence?

Only time will tell.
