The local area and all age groups in it would feel so much missing in the local quality of life if Rotary was not in Houlton Maine and throughout the World. You really get to know your local Rotarians working together on service projects.

It was the local Houlton Rotary Club that helped ante up the development funds as a soap box derby major sponsor.
And over the years has helped the Maine Soap Box Derby build a garage on the top, add safety measures and stays a vital sponsor!
Once Rotary gets behind the project, it helps usher in lots of other local supporters that know the fund raising is a worthwhile local investment. Rotary clubs do good works locally, statewide, internationally.
