Several of us agents from the Reece and Nichols Kansas City North office got together today at lunch to celebrate the birthday of one of our country's great leaders........ Our Broker: Carol Lalumondier.

Carol was born on the Fourth of July (I can't reveal what year) and it's only appropriate because she's such a FIRECRACKER!

We had a delightful lunch at El Maguey Mexican Restaurant!  Some REALTORS® had to leave before all the excitement began..... Carol gave us a wonderful demonstration of her knowledge, not only real estate but also the Mexican Hat Dance. 

Of course her version was quite different from the original version... she just sat in her chair and smiled!
