The community is being built in 4 phases, phase 1 is about 30% sold at this point. Build times are quoted between 6-9 months from contract signing.
Homes range in size from 1574 sf to 4142 sf and are priced from $469,900.

Following up on my post from earlier this year, Windsor Built Homes has released Phase 2 of "The Authors" in Fletcher, NC. Recently they started offering incentives such as up to $4,000 toward buyers' closing costs when using their preferred lender.
