AI has been a factor in our daily activities for years. In it's base form it is the bots (robotics) that search the Internet looking for tidbits of information that have relevance to searches.
AI has been used by large manufacturers for years in the form of robotic operators to replace people on dangerous or tedious operations needing simple movements.
As technology evolves, AI has an opportunity to make homes more responsive and accessible to detect early problems or to monitor homes while away.
Landlords can use it to keep costs in their rental units down by getting early warnings about mechanical issues such as plumbing leaks, or extreme temperatures to keep heating and cooling under control.
Philip offered his thoughts on Chat.GPT and it's impact on business. It's a computer program that can be used to answer questions and more.
Released in November of 2022, it is still evolving buy Philip believes it will become a force in the not-too-distant future.
