Yukon and Mustang, Oklahoma Housing Market Report for II quarter of 2008

By
Real Estate Agent with McGraw Realtors

In my previous article Become a home owner NOW! Don't wait for better rates! I wrote about the changes in rates and house prices and how they affect the total monthly payments.

There is no advantage in waiting for a better deal!

With the rates going up the consumer is actually getting hurt by media speculations in order to hike their ratings. The sub-prime lending crisis pertains only to about 5% of real estate market! The economy is in good shape; let's hope that we can solve our energy crisis soon and start drilling in ANWR!
