Generate neighborhood description for your listing
Create ad copies using your property information
Needless to say: make sure you verify everything that ChatGPT generates in order to comply with federal, state and local laws and rules regarding real estate advertising. At the end of the day, the content you post publicly is your responsibility, no matter how it is generated. But other than that, this is a fun and powerful new tool and can't wait to see how you will use it in your real estate marketing.
