On March 16, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the condo & town-home values higher 6.0% to the price of $615,000 in February of 2023 from price of $580,000 in January of 2023, but lower 3.9% from price of $640,000 in February of 2022 in California. While, condo & town-home sales jumped 23.5% in February of 2023 from January of 2023, but dropped 35.7% from in in February of 2022 in California.
There were 2.9 months supplies of available inventory of condo & town-homes in February of 2023, down from 3.5 months in January of 2023, but rose from 1.8 months in February of 2022.
An average it took 23.0 days to sell a condo & town-home in February 2023, dropped from 33.0 days in January of 2023, but increased from 8.0 days in February of 2022 in California.
