MY HUSBAND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I WATCH SOAP OPERAS!

THANKS FOR SHOWING UP HERE TO READ MY BLOG! NOW IF ONLY MY HUSBAND WOULD!  NO HE IS UP IN HIS OFFICE. WAIT YOU SAY WHY DOES HE HAVE AN OFFICE?  Does he use it for business, quicken or other tax programs to help with your taxes, do paper work, what does he do up there?  Well, my husband does in ground sprinkler systems for a company.  He does not do paper work to speak of, yet he has a great office, while my office is my lap top with a printer while I sit in the great room in my recliner watching soaps.

HE...the husband that is, is in the office that also has a TV, computer, a chair and a half and not to forget an office suite of matching furniture.  He is playing an on line game where you talk "stuff" to people as you try to kill them.  He also has on Si-Fi or either wrestling on the TV.  He has proceeded downstairs where I am looking up properties on the MLS for my clients, in my office (chair), each time asking "Why are you watching those soap operas they are only about people who do not like each other."  He then grabs chips, ice cream and other junk food and heads off to the cave to kill once again.

Now I ask you what value is it killing unknown people you talk stuff to? Soap Operas at least offer you a chance to observe human behavior, to help you evaluate right from wrong, to look at the latest fashion trends, decorating tips and advice on love.  What more could you ask for?  AND I HAVE GOTTEN 2 NAMES FOR 2 OF MY 5 CATS ON THE SOAPS!  Life is grand!
