Congratulations Buzz Mackintosh!

Congratulations to Buzz Mackintosh for completing three entries for the March to a Solution|ActiveRan March 2023 Challenge. No buzz about it, when it comes to problems that command immediate attention in the real estate business, Buzz jumps right on it. He has the knowledge, expertise, and the resources, including documentation to prove his point. In other words, he believes in the expression "put your money where your mouth is." 

To be clear, as an advocate for property rights, his actions in fighting for property owner rights, buyers, and sellers, he makes sacrifices because he is committed and dedicated to his profession. His word is valued by the Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FMRA), and the local Builders Association (FCBA), including many other realtors. They are the movers and the shakers.

When shadows lurk in the powers that be who caused major problems in the first place, and they make excuses about being understaffed, then Buzz recognizes unusual discrepancies, he doesn't buzz on with a blind eye looking for his next sale because people and every transaction matters to him and those involved in the business of real estate. 

Buzz follows his moral compass and swarms with an army of advocates fighting for property rights, truth, and justice. There is no compensation; just truth, fighting with a Call to Action. United they march to solutions because it is the right thing to do for property owners, buyers, sellers, and those that don't have a voice or understand the values a REALTOR® brings to the community.
