When it comes to challenges, Nick is no stranger. Around the world he has been challenged his entire life. A quitter never wins, and a winner never quits. Nick is a winner! He has a good understanding of how different people think. And he is kind and reasonable. So, what does he do best? He focuses on the problems at hand and will take control of the situation before a situation gets too far out of hand. He can roll up his sleeves and March to a Solution!
Nick is a problem solver and does find solutions to some very unusual situations, but he knows how to keep his clients calm as he explains things in a way that is truthful. For example, potential buyers will ask, I saw that listing is back on the market, why didn't it sell?
Pennsylvania Nick knows "there are all sorts of reasons why a transaction can go awry. Sometimes people simply change their minds, sometimes it is because of things outside of the transaction happening." As all agents know, making something up is not truthful and there are many factors we don't know!
Nick knows better and how to handle confidential information. He fully understands, listing agents are not supposed to disclose why a listing did not close, unless their seller gives their Agent permission. Nick has a way with words, not to beat around the bush, but to share various reasons why a property could go back on the market. Although, many people will get excited and jump to conclusions, Nick uses his head and not his mouth to get him into trouble.
