There is a Down Payment Assistance Program Available in California For all First Time Buyers. They are offering up to 20% of the purchase price as down payment.

To qualify, the buyers need not to own a house in the last three years, neither be on title on any house or be a co-signer on any mortgage loan.

The buyers need to present the following documents in order to get prequalify for this program: last 2 years taxes, last 3 paystubs, social security card, the w2 forms, and last 2 bank statements.

Once pre-qualified they will be informed the percentage of down payment that they will get, and how it can be used: either for down payment only or also for closing cost.

If you are interested in getting more information, don't hesitate to get in touch with me by phone, text or email.
