Duane: HA! We're only serving wine from 5-7 p.m. or everyone and their brother would be 'wasted' by the pool if we served it all day!! Come on down--we have lots of Michigan folks here and, OH, bring the BUYER with you!!!

An all day open house by the pool, art, and entertaining by the pool on Tuesday. How come I don't live closer to Charlotte to drop in on this one? What a great idea. Enjoy Debe. It sounds delightful.

Gary: Thanks! I have to think 'outside the box' on this one--we have quite a good inventory on $1m+ homes and this home truly stands out--far above the rest! I am also offering a higher Buyer's Agent commission to get some agents moving on maybe a Buyer who's been waiting in the wings for the just right property! The art display is simply an 'added' bonus!

Hopefully we'll close the Open House at the end of the day with an Offer on the table for my Sellers who will be back at 7:30!!
