Connect Realty | Council of Leaders

I have recently been exploring easy edit and affordable ad templates that can be used to create professional ads to be placed on Social Networking sites, my web sites, email ( I can't wait to see the video emails that Connect Realty has!) and even cd's that I make for listings.

My thoughts here would be for Connect Realty to offer such templates ( 30 secs 45 sec 60 secs) that would push the branding of Connect Realty as well as allow agents to easily edit with there own Marketing Messages or testimonials the possibilites would be endless.

Video Editing Capabilites are pretty key.  In comparing some of the software available  ( most recently ProShow Gold) to the Windows Movie maker there are versions that are a lot more user friendly. Perhaps that would be another feature capability Connect Realty could add to the back office.  To stay competitive Agents will  have to offer this service and nobody has a lot of time to battle the learning curve...newer agents won't have the money to hire a pro.
