Grace, great job, and perfect timing when the song said I'll light the fire, poof the fireplace, then 2 cats in the yard, there was the cat in the great room..... planned I would have to guess?

Grace, thank you. Actually I'm not an inspector, we sell a Buyer's Home Rating program to help the buyer choose the right home to meet their needs. Guess, that kind of makes me an inspector, but the buyers are my eyes, LOL
Sorry - Duane - I knew that - must have had a case of "sometimers" ( sometimes I forget :) - had a big party of family over yesterday - too much sun, boating & fun LOL ! thanks for setting me straight
