Buffalo Cultural Traditions - Thursdays in Lafayette Square

.

Ok, it is Thursday in Buffalo what does a person do?   Head out to Thursday at the Square of course!    And that is exactly where I was last night enjoying the music of Jakob Dylan (his dad -- the famous Bob Dylan) in the heart of Buffalo.   Just down the street was a Baseball game with the Buffalo Bisons followed by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra concert and fireworks!  And at Shea's Theatere there was Wicked...   You are never at a loss for entertainment here in the Greater Buffalo region.

Thursday in the Square has been a Buffalo Tradition for over twenty years and the variety of performers brings the crowds to enjoy the free outdoor concerts.   These free concerts draw huge crowds and are part of the culture here in Buffalo.  Check out the rest of the summer schedule with:

Colleen, that sounds like a great concert series.  Jakob Dylan looks a lot like his dad.  We have a nice series of summer concerts in Lancaster PA, too.

Brian -- he may look like his dad, but he sounds like Bruce Springstein...   It was a lot of fun think I may have to catch another sometime this summer...
