I'll bite. Is it your own? I send out an electronic newsletter every week and it goes out to a few different markets. People think that it is a bit tedious, but it brings in good stuff.

Welcome to the rain and may I suggest a free service like 123response.com that can send out your first newsletter to the person immediately and then you can add them to your regular monthly mailings after that.
