According to the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) multiple listing service (MLS) there are currently 250 single family homes for sale in the Powdersville area (as of 7/5/08).  The Powdersville area in in Anderson County, South Carolina and is in the Anderson District 1 schools (Wren School District).  From June 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008, 26 homes sold   There are currently 34 homes under contract.

For Sellers this means that it is very important to have your home in showing condition and priced competitively.

For Buyers, this can be a great time to purchase as there is a good inventory of homes to choose from.
