Do you need help with the development or expansion of your Aurora based business?  The City of Aurora has funds that can be used for the acquisition, demolition, new construction, rehabilitation, equipment purchase, inventory or even working capitol for your business.  The loan is a low interest HUD funded loan.  The amount of the new loan is in proportion to the number of new full time equivalent jobs which will be created by receiving the loan.  The newly created jobs must also be made available first, to the residents of the (NRSA) Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area.  The business must also be situated in the (NRSA) area which includes the downtown area and parts of the near east side of Aurora.
