Hayden Lake, Idaho - Independance Day Celebration 2008
This is the life... Sitting on the deck at the Hayden Lake Country Club watching the Fireworks display over the Lake while a live band plays to the beat of the display. No traffic to fight or heavy crowds. Dinner and drinks were served while we waited and watch. My Cousins and their family escaped the fires in Southern California and joined us. It was a great time for all.

I agree, it was a great Independence Day celebration. There is no better way to celebrate the 4th than at HLCC.
Yes, We were ALL glowing with the 4th of July. I thought it would be fun to pass out glow stick connectors... Some wore them as halos, bracelets, necklaces... (I actually did it to keep track of our large group, just don't tell anyone).
To answer your question about Hayden Lake.... It has crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and picturesque timber shores, is one of the most beautiful and popular lakes of Northern Idaho. there are about 42 miles of Shoreline and it is about 2 miles wide. Not to big and not too small. Just right!
