Ralph Mark Maupin Announces New Location for National Real Estate Network Meetings—July Mega Evening Event Panel of Experts answer Questions
Real Estate Attorney and CPA with Enrolled Agent License with IRS to Answer Legal, Tax and Accounting Questions
Romulus, MI—Ralph Mark Maupin, of National Real Estate Network announced the Real Estate Investing Association has a new co-educational sponsor, Wayne County Community College Entrepreneurial Department. The new location for the Mega Evening Event meetings will be the Crown Plaza Hotel in Romulus, where they will continue to be held on the third Thursday of each month from 6pm to 9pm.
Mark Maupin, host, said “many our members are always asking for legal and accounting advice.” Mark is accommodating by inviting two experts to answer questions about common issues with real estate investors and property managers. The following topics will be addressed at the July Mega Evening Event in Romulus:
- How to hold property and protect yourself legally
- Consolidating and getting debt balances reduced
- Tax and legal consequences of multiple property foreclosures
- Rules for loan officers and originators to follow to avoid committing mortgage fraud
- Holding property and protecting equitable interest in the event of divorce or differences with business partners
- Dealing with dead beat tenants
Richard White, real estate, attorney, and noted author, and Markwei Boye, CPA and enrolled agent with the IRS will be the featured experts on the panel. Richard and Markwei will answer legal and accounting questions for small business owners and real estate investors at the July meeting.
