Selecting Bed Partners Can Come With Risks

Sunday is like a kickback day church; practice a little music and just chill.  The day always start with checking the net for our ranking since most updates are made over the weekend.

I ran into the above link, as inside of it was a link to our site posted by an anonymous poster with poor spelling habits.

Apparent there was a deal between ActiveRain and Move.com that has resulted in a $33 million breach of contract litigation.

Is anyone up on this and able to shine any light on where this stands and how this may impact the Activerain site?  I'm never amazed anymore as to what I find when I peruse the web and perform counter intelligence on our web properties.

From what I've read it sounds like you have to be selective in picking your bed partners and selective on the info you release before the marriage, ouch!

Here are a few extra links I ran into as I started researching this matter:

This is old news and if you do a search on AR itself you will find out plenty.

Thanks for the 411.  Where is this litigation right now and how will it impact Activerain going forward.
